Well equipped, well maintained 2 bedroom condo. Condo is in the inner circle, overlooks the pool, garden and partial ocean view at Kamaole Sands resort. This is the largest style 2 bedroom condo on site with 1300 square foot interior space & another 150 square foot large lanai. Kamaole Sands complex features a pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, on site activity vendor and 3 minute walk to the beach. When the beach gets too hot, it’s an easy walk back to the condo before you venture to your next destination.

This nicely furnished and spacious (1300 square feet!) condo is waiting to make your next vacation a breeze.

The kitchen features full sized appliances to prepare any meal. The dining table comfortably seats six or you can dine on the large lanai ~150 square feet (which is not available in all Kamaole Sands units.) The living room has a large L shaped couch and 55″ wifi enabled TV with full cable and Disney+ (available on all TVs) to relax after a fun day at the beach.

The spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, 43″ wifi enabled TV and ensuite with walk in shower and a vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a 43″ wifi enabled TV. The main floor bathroom has a full bath with shower/tub combo. Pack light as the condo has a stacking washer and dryer.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

The condo features split AC system and 1 portable AC in the main floor bedroom. New ceiling fans in all rooms provide additional comfort. Split AC system installed Nov 2024 so not yet shown in photos.

There are 2 assigned parking stalls and complimentary wifi.

This condo is located on the Kamaole Sands Complex, right across the street from Kamaole Beach III. It’s a very short walk to Kamaole Beach II and Kamaole Beach I. All three Kamaole beaches feature lifeguard stations.

The 15 acres of property gardens are beautifully maintained with tropical landscapes, pond and waterfall. The complex has lovely common amenities including

Guest access

The condo has a keyless entry pad for entry and a code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Registration at the Kamaole Sands Registration Office is required at check in. Office is open 24/7.
There is a ~$70 one time resort fee which is paid upon check in. Failure to register at the front desk upon check in will result in a $100 penalty fee.

Parking permit and gate codes for pool access are provided upon registration.
